You need this during the process:

The Questionnaire needs a large screen. It is impossible on a phone!!! - google account
Most fags already have a gmail account. If you don’t use gmail, you must link your email to a google account to be able to fill in the Questionnaire (in Google Sheets) and to chat in the private group. - printer
You need print documents. Digital signing is NOT possible. - blue pen
You need to sign to contract with a blue pen.
If you don’t have a computer or a printer, go to your local library. If you don’t want to do that, or if you refuse to create a Google account, you must stop the application right now.
