Who we are

Fagspose is a project by https://fotoserie.net
Our company is based in The Netherlands.

How we work

The website is hosted in the Netherlands. See https://lookup.icann.org for all information.

We use Gmail, Google Drive with all its apps and Google Maps for all our administration and keep records of all online and offline communication. We set the privacy protection levels of our Google apps at a high level in an attempt to share as little as possible with Google. More information on their website.

We do not use anything related to Meta, like Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp. We do use many other social media sites. See the page with links.

We only expose after we received full consent. We keep a record of all exposure agreements.

As you can see, this text was not written by lawyers. So if you have any questions, just contact us.

Newsletter

To receive our newsletter, we ask you for a name (that can be anything, it does not have to be your real name) and your email address. These data will never be used for any other purpose. When you unsubscribe from the newsletter, all your data will be removed during the next database clean up.

Records keeping of your personal information

To apply for exposure, you fill in a form on our website. Your consent to having your submitted information stored to respond. Your personal information will be securely stored during the entire application and verification process. Once you have been exposed, we are obliged to keep all records with your personal information for eternity, to comply with the rules for posting pornography online.
Only if you decide to terminate the application or verification process, you can request to have all your personal information deleted. We will then only keep records of the last emails in which we confirm your data has been deleted.

We keep all emails in our gmail account until we think it is not relevant anymore to keep them. We need to do this to check for applications by people that have been rejected in the past and for other security reasons.

Sharing private information of exposed fags

One of the goals of fag exposure is to actively share and spread all the private information the fag consented to. It is the fag’s clear wish to spread this private information and he voluntarily and consciously completely waives the privacy rights that apply by law.

Your content exposed on other websites

Your content will be published on other websites. That is after all the entire goal of exposure by Fagspose. Each website has its own privacy policy, which you can find on those websites. In the contract you sign you automatically accept the privacy policy of all those website.
