Acceptance of the Terms of Service
By accessing, using or visiting www.fagspose.com (“we”, “us”, “our”, “Sir Erik”, or this “website”), any of its content, functionalities and services, you signify your agreement to these Terms of Service.
Ability to accept Terms of Service
You affirm that you are at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in the jurisdiction you are accessing this website from and are fully able and competent to enter into the terms, conditions, obligations, affirmations, representations, and warranties set forth in these Terms of Service, and to abide by and comply with these Terms of Service. If you are under 18 or the applicable age of majority, please do not use this website. You also represent that the jurisdiction from which you access this website does not prohibit the receiving or viewing of sexually explicit content.
Changes to the Terms of Service
We may amend these Terms of Service, found at https://fagspose.com/terms-of-service/, from time to time. These changes do not change the intention and purpose of the website. They will only be to improve the quality of the website and the entire project. Unless otherwise communicated by us, you will be deemed to have agreed to the changes unless you notify us, in writing, that you do not agree.
If you do not agree to the changes, you can pay the fine and request termination of your exposure.
Each updated version of these Terms of Service supersedes any prior versions as of the ‘Last Modified’ date found at the top, and any prior version(s) shall have no continuing legal effect.
Prices and fines
The costs of the services of Fagspose are on the Price page: https://fagspose.com/price/
Once a price has been confirmed, it will not be changed unless the fag agrees to the new price.
Knowing that the Fagspose project is still in development it is to be expected that new fines will be added. New fines only apply to fags that start their exposure after the fine has been introduced.
The prices and fines that apply to each individual exposure are clearly communicated and agreed upon before the exposure starts.
Refund policy
There might be a situation in which you want to ask for a refund. If your request is reasonable in my opinion, you might get a (partial) refund of payments you made. Until now requests for refund were made by fags who did not follow instructions. So it was their own fault that they paid and only later discovered that the procedure to get exposed on Fagspose is very strict.
PayPal refund policy
For PayPal payments you have to realise that you effectively pay for receiving a fag-id and Fagspose Verification Poster. So if you later discover that you made a mistake to apply for exposure by Fagspose, your appeal (or even complaint) will not be accepted by PayPal, as there is proof that you received your fag-id and Fagspose Verification Poster. If you nevertheless would insist on filing a complaint with PayPal, you give me permission to share all communication we have had (including photos and videos) with PayPal. (It happened once that a fag made a complaint with PayPal and he withdrew it quickly when he realised the consequences).
Automatic termination upon death
When an exposed fag is found to be deceased, his page will be converted to a memorial page free of charge.
Other terms
The Terms of Service that you agree upon when using any porn site apply to Fagspose as well. Like stated before, I am not going to invent them again or pay a lawyer to copy them.
The intention of this website is clear when you read the pages of the website. Before you apply to become exposed by Fagspose, you will have to read all these pages.

In case it is not clear how to interpret these Terms of Service or any other text on the website, just ask Sir Erik by email.
In case your interpretation is different than it was intended by Sir Erik, the interpretation of Sir Erik is the only valid interpretation.
